Acceptance of Ordered Goods at Delivery

Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided by you during the online ordering process. We request that you provide us with two telephone numbers (mobile and home) and an email address for easy communication and to inform you of your delivery time.

As a consumer, it is your responsibility to ensure that we can deliver to the specified address and that you are available to accept the delivery on the agreed-upon date. If you know in advance that you will not be available to accept the delivery, please inform us as soon as possible. We will not be liable for any delivery delays resulting from your act or omission.

If you are unable to personally accept the delivery, you may appoint a representative to receive it on your behalf. The representative must be an adult capable of accepting the delivery, and we will rely on their instructions as if they were your own. Delivery staff are not allowed to leave items without obtaining a signature.

You will be asked to sign the delivery document to confirm that the delivery has been completed. However, this will not affect your legal right to notify us of any defects found in the goods at a later stage.

Damaged Goods
